Private Notices On/Off - Allows for a private notice send to user after download with notification of "You Have Downloaded X of XX allowed"
Channel Messages - Allows for messages sent to channels that both server & downloader are in of "Sent: XXX To: XXXXX". Three Options:
1. On - with echo to channel window
2. On - without echo to channel window
3. Off
Message/Notice Color - all notices & messages use OmenServe's skin colors, and channel messages add OmenServe's before & after "random play" message
Denied Files To Status Screen - On/Off - allows notice to status screen when ever a banned user requests a file after being banned
Echo Actions - Allows notice of any automated action OSL does to be sent to active or status window. Also allows for no notice,
Titlebar - Allows for an addition to MIRC top name bar that gives current information about your server, updated every 15 seconds. Three options:
1. On - including your nick on bar
2. On - without your nick
3. Off
