The Channel Modes: N/S1/S2

Channel Mode: N - Normal Operation, same as OS has always been
1> ads go to channel
2> @nick, !nick, @find in channel are honored
3> new 'stealth' commands are also honored

Channel Mode: S1 - Semi Stealth, No ads
1> Ads do not got to channel
2> @nick, !nick, @find in channel are still honored
3> new 'stealth' commands are also honored

Channel Mode: S2 - Sever Stealth, ignores anything not done in new Stealth modes
1> Ads do not go to channel
2> any commands in channel are ignored
3> only new 'stealth' commands are honored

Additional considerations:
a 'version' will only be honored if from an op in a common channel
a 'status' will only be honored if from an op in the channel status is requested

NOTICE: Mode S2 is NOT in common use, and many channels will auto kick any server that uses it. It should ONLY be used in channels that have specific rules to allow this type of operation
