To allow OmeNServE to function correctly you may need to alter several settings in mIRC
File, Options, Connect, Options - Reconnect On Disconnection
File, Options, Connect, Local Info - You need Local Host and Server ticked, and the top 2 boxes should be filled in automatically when you connect to mIRC. If they don't it's doubtful that you will be able to send, check the help pages at http://www.omenscripts.org/omenserve for more info
File, Options, Sounds, Request - Untick "Listen for !nick file' get requests" and "Send 'nick file' as private message"
File, Options, DCC, Options - On DCC Completion - close window - tick send [NB: If you find that your send windows are popping up, you need to right click your own nick in a channel, dcc, send, then pick any file, make sure the minimize box it ticked and then press send. mIRC will then remember this setting]
File, Options, DCC, FServe, Total Max CPS - This limits the maximum speed your server will run at. To disable the default speed cap, change Total Max CPS to 0 (zero)
File, Options, General, Lock - Make sure the /run command is NOT ticked, or OmeNServE will not be able to zip your list
