From the Local search page you can search either your own list (by default) or all lists in your autoget database. Again, autoget is required to perform the search all lists functions. You can also filter your results using the filter button just as on the search page. You control what to search from the drop down menu on the My List/All Lists button just to the left of the edit box you type your query in (displayed below):
