Enable Nick Coloring: This is the main switch for nick coloring. If you turn nick coloring off you will need to hit the clear button to get rid of the coloring that is already there.
Autoget 6.1 Style: Simply sets the colors to the Autoget 6.1 colors in the combo boxes, you still need to hit apply to make the change take effect.
Apply: Saves the color scheme.
Refresh: Removes all coloring then re-colors all nicks from the list database. Any nicks who were recognized as servers but you didn't request their list yet will be left uncolored until the next time they advertise thier server.
Clear: Removes all nick coloring.
