Starting in version 7.01 you can right click on any line in the queues page and select monitor to get a better view of what is going on with that nickname. This will result in increased processor usage when updating the display (but not by much) but it gives you a very good look at what is going on with a particular individual in your queues. Whenever you are done monitoring you can return to the normal queues page by hitting the big close button.
