Locate Your List
Previous Top Next

Before you can search your list you have to tell Autoget where it's at. Autoget supports lists made in OmeNServE, SDFind and SpR Jukebox. To locate your list select "My List..." from the "Tools" drop down menu. This will bring up the dialog displayed above. Clicking on either of the radio buttons will search for a list made with the associated serving script. Once the list is found the OK button will be enabled and you click it to finish. If you are not serving with the copy of mirc you're running Autoget with but you are serving with another install of mirc elsewhere on your computer, you can browse for the list and then hit ok. However, when your list is updated in the other copy of mirc, Autoget won't know this, and when you go to do a local search of your list you'll be prompted to locate the new version. If you are running a serving script alongside Autoget, all updates will be detected automatically.

With newer version of OmeNServE, which have multi-list capabilities, your list will be automatically set in Autoget whenever you remake your list. If you can't get your list to come up as expected just remake your list and all should be well.
